These are made from scaffold boards but kept to a more rustic finish. Our other products are planed flat and put through an industrial sander. These are lightly sanded to give a rustic feel. Treated and stained in osmo oil which is water resistant, hard wearing and easy cleaning for everyday use. These rustic dining sets are made to order and may differ each time making every order unique. They all have a beautiful finish and made from scaffold boards with previous life markings.

This character adds a fantastic rustic farmhouse feel and goes great with steel hairpin legs. All furniture is handmade, bespoke and made to order and may differ form the picture depending how the wood reacts to the stain. Our rustic chunky wooden desks are made to measure to fit your home Perfectly. Great for dining, lounging, parties and breakfast table etc.

Benches will now be made 20cm smaller then the width you purchase to ensure they fit under the table. Planed and sanded either side. Perfect joins between each scaffold board to ensure the best joins and no gaps and extra strength. Rustic dining tables are smooth to touch. Treated and stained in osmo oil which is water resistant, hard wearing and easy cleaning for everyday use.

For delivery purposes legs and table top are separate. Pre drilled holes and screws provided for easy build. Material feet protectors also provided to protect the legs and hard flooring.

Our scaffold boards are a natural product that may have been kept outside in it's previous life, come rain or shine. Because of this the wood can move and change shape over time. To ensure the best finish, quality and longevity of our products and reduce the chance of any movement in the wood, we store our reclaimed scaffold boards for several weeks before use, check for any remaining moisture before we use them, and seal with a stain. We aim for 7-9% moisture level before staining process, this helps prevent the table cupping or twisting over time.

As stated Wood is a living breathing natural material and over time temperature and other external factors can affect the wood, It may twist and turn slightly and we like to call this character. Please be aware that you are buying a reclaimed natural wood table, NOT a manufactured man made material.
